TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All pets must have an “up to date” inoculation certificate, to be presented before your pet is accepted for boarding.
Dogs: Distemper Hardpad Leptospirosis, Parvo virus
Cats: Feline Enteritis, Cat Flu
Collection and drop off in Business Hours. (OUTSIDE BUSINESS HOURS BY ARRANGEMENT ONLY)
Boarding fees are chargeable per day.
Should your pet be removed before the end of the booking period, full boarding fees are payable.
If your pet develops any illness or condition after arrival, that requires veterinary attention or treatment, a vet will be called and you will be notified. The cost of such treatment will be charged and the additional fees will be payable on discharge.
If your pet is not collected within 7 days of the due discharge date (no communication having been received) the kennel owner may assume responsibility for the animals future
We will be closed for collection and drop off on Christmas Day and Boxing Day, all other times business as usual.
ANY OUTSTANDING FEES TO BE SETTLED ON DISCHARGE. (this does not affect your statuary rights)
